Don’t Rush Up Things To Loose Weight After Pregnancy

While wanting to loose weight after pregnancy is a great idea, we do know, you badly want to get back to looking as you did in your pre pregnancy days, but work out at a slow pace, at least initially. Do not over exert yourself, and listen to your body and stop exercising when it tells you to stop.

Breast Feeding- The Natural Way To Reduce

When you breast-feed the baby, you burn up at east two hundred to five hundred calories a day. This is the most natural way of loosing weight post pregnancy.

Do Not Be In A Hurry To Start Exercising

You should wait at least six weeks before taking up any exercises. Your body needs this time to heal and recover.

Exercise Keeps Away The Blues

Remember, exercise is good for you. It will help reduce post pregnancy depression and make you feel good about yourself. Start with a ten-minute routine and then increase it to thirty minutes a day. Stop immediately and call for a doctor, if you feel dizzy or faint or experience any aches and pains.

Practice Your Kegels

Practice your kegels. They can be very helpful at this time, as the vagina muscles need strengthening. You can do these kegel crunches any time and anywhere.

Do The Exercises You Did In Parent Craft Classes

You may have learnt certain exercises in your parent craft classes before childbirth. Put on some music and do those exercises every day.

Eat Healthy

Eat a healthy well-balanced meal. Eat nutritious food, because you are breast-feeding and you and your baby need all the nutrition you can have at this time. Do not eat for weight loss. Ask you dietician to create a meal especially for you. This will help you loose weight after pregnancy, but in a healthy manner.

Loosing weight after pregnancy is necessary, but not at the cost of you and your baby’s health. So go easy on your body in the first few months. Do not do too much vigorous exercise and eat healthy.
